100% Advance Payment is required before scripting, planning, production, editing, or project execution begins.

All prices displayed are exclusive of GST.

Project confirmation is valid for 30 days from the payment date. Services must be utilized within this period unless otherwise agreed in writing.

No refund will be provided after project confirmation, scripting, content planning, or production initiation.

Project timelines begin only after all required information, assets, approvals, and references are received from the client.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on project scope, production requirements, revisions, and client response times.

KathaFrames reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, website, social media platforms, advertisements, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Thumbnails, custom graphics, advanced motion graphics, and additional creative assets are charged separately unless specifically included in the package.

Before production begins, the client must provide: Brand Name; Logo Files (PNG, AI, SVG Preferred); Brand Guidelines (if available); Product or Service Information; Target Audience Details; Content References; Offers & Promotions (if applicable); Website & Social Media Links; Required Approvals.

Delays in providing information may impact production schedules and delivery timelines.

Script discussions, planning, and modifications must be completed before production begins.

Once the script, concept, and shoot plan are approved, they are considered final.

After shooting begins, script changes, content restructuring, scene additions, or creative modifications will not be included.

Any reshoot requirements caused by client-side changes will be treated as a new production request and charged separately.

Monthly content packages must be fully utilized within the same billing cycle.

Unused videos, deliverables, shoots, editing allocations, or content quotas cannot be carried forward to future months.

Production schedules and resources are allocated specifically for each package period.

Expired package balances are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Included: One Primary Content Format Per Video.

Examples: Instagram Reel (9:16), Facebook Ad (9:16), YouTube Short (9:16), YouTube Video (16:9), Website Video (16:9).

Additional formats, exports, aspect ratios, platform-specific versions, square formats, story formats, or custom dimensions will be charged separately.

Included: One Language Version Per Video.

Additional language versions, translations, subtitles, dubbing, voiceovers, and multilingual exports are available at additional cost.

One language is included as per package. Additional language versions are available at extra cost.

Included: 2 Minor Revision Rounds.

Examples of Minor Revisions: Text Corrections, Logo Replacement, Caption Updates, Basic Timing Adjustments, Music Changes.

Not Included: Script Changes, Reshoots, New Scenes, Content Restructuring, Additional Deliverables.

Additional revisions beyond the included limit will be charged separately.

Standard Packages: Raw footage, project files, editable files, source files, design files, and production assets are not included.

Raw File Purchase Option: After full project payment is completed, clients may request Raw Footage, Camera Files, and Source Files.

Additional charges may apply depending on project size and storage requirements.

Included: Indoor Shooting at KathaFrames Studio.

Additional Charges Apply For: Outdoor Shoots, Travel Requirements, Extended Shoot Hours, Additional Shoot Days, Retakes Beyond Approved Scope, Location Rentals, Special Equipment.

Available Options: In-House Anchor, Creator / Presenter, Founder Appearance, Client Appearance, Professional Models, Influencers, Voice Artists.

Professional talent, influencers, actors, and specialized presenters may incur additional charges.

The following are charged separately unless specifically included: Travel Expenses, Accommodation, Outdoor Locations, Props, Makeup Artists, Stylists, Models & Actors, Influencers, Voice Artists, Location Rentals, Government Permissions, Additional Crew, Special Equipment Requirements.

Clients may provide their own footage for editing.

Final quality depends on the quality of the supplied footage.

Poor Lighting, Low Resolution, Shaky Footage, Poor Audio Quality, Incorrect Aspect Ratios, and Low Bitrate Recordings may affect output quality.

KathaFrames cannot guarantee premium-quality output from low-quality source footage.

Videos recorded in low light, poor audio environments, or low resolution may affect final output quality.

If landscape videos are converted into vertical formats: Cropping may be required. Framing may change. Visual quality may vary.

For best results, content should be recorded in the intended delivery format.

Final delivered files will be stored for a maximum of 7 days after final delivery.

Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up all delivered files.

After 7 days, KathaFrames may permanently remove project files, exports, backups, and related assets.

File recovery after deletion is not guaranteed.

Hard disks, SSDs, pen drives, memory cards, or other storage devices supplied by clients must be collected within 7 working days after project completion.

KathaFrames will not be responsible for uncollected devices after the collection period.

Courier or shipping charges for returning devices will be borne by the client.

Client approvals provided through WhatsApp, Email, Google Drive Comments, or Written Confirmation will be treated as final approval.

Changes requested after final approval may be treated as a new revision request and charged separately.

No refund after scripting, planning, shooting, editing, or production work has started.
